Help With On Board Credit

Our online agency made a pretty big mistake and left us with a lot of on board credit to use.  It is not loaded into my Royal account now, so I assume I can only use that credit once on the ship.  I have two rooms booked with two different reservation numbers.  Can I use that OBC to pay for tips on both rooms?  Is there a way to "cash out" the OBC or use it for drinks/voom that I usually purchase before the cruise so it is cheaper?  Thank you!

Yes

you can cash out through the casino. Load it to your card through casino account , warm chair, cash out. Worked every time we’ve done it.

You can use it for tips and any other purchases onboard.    Usually cheaper to purchase drink/voom pkgs online precruise.

Whatever obc is left unused you can cash it out at casino slot machine.   Many others have done this.   

Very easy to do but I don't have a copy of the instruction card to shoe you.

Hopefully someone else here can provide you those instructions or the casino cashier can give you the small business card with the instructions.

 

After you have cashed it then you can go to guest services and pay cash for the tips for the other cabin, if you don't want to charge it.

Once you’re onboard it’s just going to deduct from your spending. So it’s not necessarily going to one expense vs the other it’s just deducting from the total you’ve spent onboard (tips included)

lol unless you are on grandeur. Then you have to go to the cashier and do a charge slip and sign to charge anything to your cabin account. Finally tried it 4th leg.
