I'll have to admit, I felt a little strange ordering fish at a nice steak restaurant, but I'm here to tell you this piece of fish changed my life... I mean it was that good... It arrives at the table in a salt and pastry crust, and then is carved right there. Once it's out of the encasement, they pour a butter and caper sauce over the top, and surround with lemon wedges. I'm here to tell you that it was the best piece of fish I've ever had, ever...
