Do Celebrity Ships have a Group Co-Ordinator?

We haven't cruised celebrity for maybe 7 years and when we did, it was just us.  We've been cruising Royal Caribbean with larger groups and they have a group Co-Ordinator who helps organise for the group.  We are part of a large group cruising Celebrity early next year and wondered if they have a similar person who works with groups.  Thanks in advance for any information.

It sounds like the booking has already been made. Did you actually go through the Group sales department or did everyone book independently? There are people assigned to assist with actual group bookings who you should have already worked with. If everyone booked independently you will not get the same service. You can try to call 800-963-0311 but it sounds like they may not be able to offer much at this point.

They do have an events coordinator who organizes large parties, meetings, and such.  Some ships even have two people sharing that role.  You see the events coordinator when a group has a private party in one of the lounges, like when cruise critic used to have get togethers.

Call the Celebrity Groups department now.  You may be able to create a group and move your bookings in, if you all booked direct.  They can start coordinating with the ship now.  You don’t want to wait until you get aboard.

On Millennium this past spring, they had the main Captain's Club Concierge do double duty and also serve as Groups Coordinator.

This is Gabriella the coordinator from Silhouette 2019 - no guarantee they are all like her.

Thanks for the replies.  I will ask our TA to look into contacting the Co-Ordinator for us.  He does organise this for us on Royal Caribbean.
