Thanksgiving meals on cruise

Yes they serve Thanksgiving dinner.   However it is not from a whole roasted turkey like Grandma used to make. It is more like a turkey roll or turkey breast . It is mediocre at best. If you want the more traditional carved turkey you can get it at the Windjammer.

I assume it's the same TV-dinner looking turkey entree they have in the MDR sometimes.

You are assuming correctly!  Yet the WJ has very good carved turkey, much better than the MDR.
