On Britannia now..lovely

So nice to be back on what is my personal favourite ship. Not sure how full she actually is but she really doesn't seem packed at any rate (whichv s nice).. She's looking in need of TLC in places but she is still lovely.

 

The best news for us is the speciality restaurants are in fact open (apart from The Glasshouse not serving food this time, but fair enough). A huge plus for us,  esp. given their closure on others: and both Epicurean and Sindhu remain outstanding.

So glad you are having a good time. You sailed on Sunday with 3136 pax and almost a full complement of crew.  So reassuring to hear you’re not finding it feels crowded.

Glad your enjoying your cruise. Britannia is our favourite P&O ship. We are on her in October. Hope the glass House is open by then. Don't eat toooo much.🤣

We are doing the same itinerary on Britannia in September, so delighted to read your positive update.

 

Great news that both the Epicurean & Sindhu are open and up to their usual high standard. Hopefully The Glass House will be serving food by the time we sail as we really enjoyed our evening meals in there last summer.

We honeymooned on Britannia in 2016 in the Mediterranean,  went to the Fjords on her in 2019and will be on her on 21st August (same cabin each time,  D411). Delighted to hear that you're having a good cruise and that almost all the dining is open.

Good news at last , sadly my Britannia cruise isn’t until October 2023. I was actually thinking of bringing it forward a year and then realised I haven’t enough holiday left 😂
