Dress code - formal nights

Are there formal nights on a 10-day cruise in the Med with no sea days?  Just returned from the Moon in Northern Europe for 10 days.    There were 2 formal nights but e had 2 sea days.

Yes.  When there are no sea days they’ll do formal nights on days with earlier port departure or if the ship is overnighting in a port.
