jeff74 Posted August 22, 2022 #5 Share Posted August 22, 2022 I'm unsure if this is Costco's policy or HAL's but the stipulations around transferring my mom's cruise that is currently in the process of taking place were that the initial booking had to be less than 60 days ago and the balance owed had to be greater than $0. That was HAL's policy the last I knew. As far as I know, it still is. Sadly our great PCC has left HAL, and now we're stuck with his replacement. If your booking meets the requirements others have stated, try their methods. Just be sure the benefits and perks are enough to take the place of being able to seen and modify details of your cruise on line or on the phone with HAL.
