Luggage Label Issue

I'm due to sail on Ventura in a few days time & completed the check in a week or so back, however I have printed out my boarding passes, but could not  see any sign online of the bag tags option.  I've been logging in everyday to see if they appear, but nothing.  Can anyone confirm if tags are available at the port?

I downloaded my boarding pass okay using my iPad, however it kept telling me for several days thereafter that luggage labels were not available. I then logged on using my iPhone and was able to download the labels straightaway!

Another poster recently stated that when you get to the luggage drop off in Southampton the baggage handlers have spare blanks you can write up and use.

Perhaps someone else can confirm/deny this?

 

Others have suggested a change of browser - perhaps to Chrome - sometimes solves this issue too.

I'll give Chrome a try as I have been using Edge as my browser.

Could try clearing browsing data/cache on Edge, sometimes helps ☺️

Yes the baggage handlers have spares, we had the same issue earlier this year.

I have had this problem. I find that by going into personal details, even though I have completed them a while ago, and editing my phone number by deleting a digit and adding it back and clicking on save then the labels are available when I go to them as long as I don't close the browser.

Never been able to print luggage labels on my Android phone using Chrome but go on my laptop using Microsoft Edge and they have always been available to print.

As another data point, I've not had any problem with this using Chrome on my PC.
