Halloween on board?

We sail on the Explorer end of the month. Will they do anything that encourages people to wear costumes on Halloween?

This is just one picture of dozens that I have of people dressed up for Halloween.  This picture is on Rustbucket Cruise Lines, Inc., and I have no idea who these people are.

Take costumes anticipating that they will have a halloween party. We were on a cruise over halloween and they didn't let us know ahead, but we assumed there would be and found that there was a major party. So...dress up and have fun.

We will be on Anthem end of the month. We have costumes for our kids and my wife and I will dress up too.
