Included Laundry

Starting to think about packing for our Dec. 3rd out of Lisbon to Fort Lauderdale on the Star Legend.  Says included laundry...... so exactly WHAT does than mean?  Thanks

You can send out as much laundry as you want every day. It’s great! See you on the ship in Lisbon!

When we sailed in 2018 on a B2B2B in the Med we had laundry included. That meant you put your dirty laundry in the bag, hung it outside that night and typically it came back the following day by 5 pm. Shirts and dresses on hangers, undies folded. It was amazing!

Definitively, we just did on our 16 day BTB cruise on the Star Pride. Never ran out of clothes and had no issue with the service

We have done it for a 25 day cruise and a 30 day land/cruise!

Do they wash in HOT water and dry on HOT?  If yes, I'll skip laundry for most of my clothing.

I always asked to wash in cold water and low dry. I feel like they did as I asked.

I too ask for cold wash line dry for most of my clothes and feel they do it, great service. Remarkable really. Happy Sailing

So good to hear.  I've had clothes ruined in other ships laundry.

How do you indicate that you want a line dry and cold water wash?  Thank you

Hi, You are given slips which you fill out by listing your laundry items, there is a line "  special instructions " you write cold wash line dry. I usually have 2 bags one for underwear and such regular and the other cold wash, line dry. Terrific service. Happy Sailing
