We are planning a Holland America cruise and our Cruise Consultant no longer works for HAL 😞  We are planning on taking a Mediterranean Cruise this spring and there are a few upgrades and discounts on that end soon that we would like some information on. If you could make a recommendation on an experienced agent it would be greatly appreciated!

You need to go back and read the Cruise Critic Guidelines again.  Recommending travel agents/agencies, cruise line vacation planners, etc. is prohibited.  EM

If you have received any email from HAL you should see your newly assigned cruise consultant within the text.  Alternatively, you can call the main reservations number and ask to be assigned one.  Word of mouth when you’re onboard is also a good way to get recommendations.  Good luck!

You can also request one on Holland’s website (I did, our first cruise with HAL will be in March). It’s probably the luck of the draw, but I guess I got lucky and was assigned one who is very responsive and knowledgeable. Sorry we can’t mention names, etc…

WOW I am so sorry I posted something I shouldn't have! I need a new HAL agent and didn't want to get one that just finished training assigned to me!

I understand!  It took me some time to "train" my current PCC!
