Two drinks at once

Officially no.  They want to make sure that the drink that is ordered is going with the person it belongs to.   Unofficially, it happens, depends on the bartender.  Maybe order drinks together to put a face with the card (and tip) and try to deal with the same bartender.

LOL  YEP..

there were 5 of us on the Horizon in July and we would send our  daughter and my wife with all cards to get lattes in the morning.   Overall she was successful but a couple times barista said everyone had to be there  lol

For me, I've never had a problem using an additional card to get a second drink (be it my partners,  my mom's, a siblings, my brother in laws, etc). The bartender or coffee shop person sees my face when they scan my card and they assume I'm just grabbing a drink for who I'm with. Never had a problem. This works for Cheers and Drinks Anywhere Promotion from the casino.

This has been my experience as well. While the rules may say no I'm sure that many couples do this so it's easier for them to just fill the order. One time I walked up to the bar with just DW's card to get her a drink and when the bartender looked at me with a quizzical look I pointed to her sitting at a nearby table.

Same.  We've done two cruises in the past year on Carnival with Cheers, and we both frequently get each other drinks. Never an issue.
