is general infomation edocs broken?

when i click on print documents and check print general information all i get is the the multiple pages with the important information pages. i do not get the page that has the invoice details, itinerary and all of the other useful pages. its like i am missing the first page or two

I checked in for a cruise in a couple of weeks and I am having the same problem. Missing first two pages. Never seen this before. Tried 3 different browsers.

 

But for my September cruise all 6 pages are available.

Click on at top right corner

Then booking & order details

 Mine says “ paid in full“.    Click on See invoice details link.  I am guessing that link shows whether you are paid in full or not?

yep that's my problem. Cruise in a few weeks is missing pages, my other cruise later this year shows all of the pages

My bad. I see what you’re talking about now. All 10 of my pages are there. 🤷‍♀️

But you have not done your online checkin yet. My first two pages disappeared after online checkin.

Thanks for the heads up! I think I will go ahead and print this info out. I like hardcopies!

Is this still an issue for everyone? I am missing the summary page of my edocs for all of my future bookings, ranging from this May through Aug 2024.

yes this is a still an issue for me too with all of my future bookings

My 2 cruises later this year (final payment isn't until July) also have the first pages missing.  Mine were there and then I called to prepay my gratuities.  Since then those pages are missing.
