What information is needed for Online Check-In?

What information do I need to do the Online Check-In?  My daughter is bringing a friend along and I want to make sure I have all the necessary information to get the friend registers and checked in.

Passport information, Person's name, DOB, email, telephone, emergency contact.

Worth mentioning if you're just looking to get an arrival appointment, you can skip all this information and pick your arrival appointment. Then you can go back and add in this information later.

I'm going to add Credit Card details for onboard billing purposes (applicable in some but not all cases.)

You need to decide how her onboard purchases will be paid for.  All purchases on board are paid for with your sail and sign card.  Will her purchases go on yours and she pays you back?  If not, then you need her credit card information to load at check in.   You can try and fix this later, however 9 times out of 10 they'll screw it up at the pursurs desk.

Thanks for the help everyone.  I was able to secure at 10-10:30 check-in and add the passport information several hours later.
