No, you may get some free food (more likely you carry it in from elsewhere) in there but it's not the paid version of the menu.

At one time suites included specialty restaurants for lunch but not recently, we prefer celebrity since all there ships have suite restaurant.

The breakfast is in Chops each day, as others have said free drinks in the Suite Lounge during happy hour. It is a nice room on the Mariner but does not have all the options that you have on a bigger ship (CK for example)...
