Diamond Voyagers Club member but spouse is not

I have the  MSC Diamond status which gives me some extra perks but my  wife who will be with me on our May cruise does not.  Will she be able to accompany me to everything/place that  the Diamond status allows me?

Yes. I can think of 3.

1. Diamond cocktail party.

2. Dance lesson.

3. Specialty restaurant.

Yes, no issue at all.

As a cabin occupant of a Diamond member, they'll get other perks including priority boarding.

Eg the one hour thermal spa is for the member only.

But a Diamond member gets two meals per cabin, correct? If “roommate” is not Diamond, are both are comped? I suppose I am asking if roommate needs to be a spouse.

Cabin mate, not a spouse.  The rules mention only an occupant in the room.
