We got off as Jewel was docking and the port area was already quite crowded with 2 ships.  Pool area was filling up fast and we wondered where the other 2 ships of people were going to go.

Once back on the ship, my hip was still barking at me, so I went back to the cabin, applied some Lidocaine, took some painkillers, and then took a nap. Patti went up to the Marketplace to make herself a salad, and then went out on the open decks to take some pictures. She got these of the port area and the shoreline looking south…..

@Jamman54...my mom had hip replacement surgery at 90.  Her recovery was super fast compared to TKR surgery!  Hope that hip settles down for you.

Since we don’t have a spa cabin or spa pass, we can’t tour the Thermal Suites. We’ll cover that on embarkation day when we’re back on the Celebration in January.

Don't I know it. When I had my right hip done in 2019, I was driving in two weeks! When I feel it's time I have no qualms about getting the left hip done. My left knee however, I am not looking forward to.

AMEN!   Almost 7 months PO with my left knee, still have some soreness in the evening.  NOT looking to have the other one done ANYTIME soon!
