Approximate Refund time

I had to have a Planner purchase refunded. It was worth about $300.  Any idea about how long the refund takes?

a few days, usually around 3-5 business days it go back to the credit card

its another word for the section that you use to purchase things like shore excursions , spas, specially dinning, wifi packages, etc, etc. Carnival calls the Cruise Manager, another cruise line calls it the cruise planner and another cruise line calls it something different but all work the same way

Also, there is part called Open Your Planner where you’ll find how many days until your cruise, a small description of each day of the cruise re: port days and sea days, a check-in page, etc.  then there is the heading of Categories for the different types of purchases…spa, drinks, shore excursions, photos, wifi, etc.  Hope that helps.  😊

With the singular exception of my recent issues with the shore excursions and gift cards, I have always received my refunds extremely promptly. Often times the very same day or the next day.

Now that I reread it, I realize what it is.  For some reason I thought it was purchasing something like a cabana not referencing the location where one purchases cruise items.  Ooops!😅

Me too!  I was thinking to myself..... self, you need a NEW Planner.  Where do I get one?? 

But I am tracking and following along now.
