For me, Kraken Rum with Dr. Pepper and Cream Soda.  I'm 71 years old and never liked Rum until last May when I tried Kraken Rum for the first time.  Fell in love with it.

If I'm in the mood to really get the engines running, I'll start off with "Boiler MakerS".  I hate them but I like how they get me going.

Same for me.  I'll do the odd super sweet sugary drink but mostly its LI Ice tea or Moscow Mule.

I don't like all the sweeteners and juice. I also tell my self I don't need the carbs from the juice. So I mainly drink tequila and or vodka on the rocks with lime or lemon. Oh and champagne.

Everything on the ship is carb free in my book. Maybe that's why I gain 10 lbs. on a 7-night cruise. 🤷‍♀️

I have scales in my storage shed.  I get them out after a cruise and weigh with them for the first month or so after I get off of a cruise.  Oh, the scales are stuck on XXX pounds and it makes me happy.
