It is all down to your personal taste

 

Our top pics on the Joy would be Le Bistro, Teppanyaki and Ocean Blue in that order.   Q would be at the bottom of our list on any ship (can’t cook BBQ when there are no open flames or smoke… go to BBQ night at the buffet if you want baked beef slathered in bbq sauce).
 

So you see that personal tastes are different.

I got introduced to food republic on my last cruise, and loved it.  Since there is no Moderno on the joy, I'd say food republic.  The lamb chops are more full size than tapas size,and the sushi rolls are full size, fresh, and delicious
