Non surge protected power plugs

I bought the Cruise On non surge protected power plug and my cousin bought the Cruise Essentials version. His came with a n insert that said Royal Caribbean and Disney doesn’t allow their use. Does Royal Caribbean allow the use of any version?

Any corded device is subject to detention.

Both are non corded and plug directly into the wall plug.

If it makes one outlet into multiple outlets there is a fair chance it will be confiscated.  USB hubs are a much safer way to go.

All the USB hubs that I see on Amazon have cords. Will that make a difference?

Absolutely no problem; the Anker model I travel with has 6 USB ports and probably a 5 foot cord

Thanks. My travel agent says the Cruise Go one adapter is good. She takes one on all her cruises

Used a non-corded for the first time on Celebrity without a problem recently but I've yet to try it on a Royal cruise. We haven't got one booked until November.

We use the Cruise On one from Amazon.  Hasn't been a problem.  Used it on Royal.
