App Issues

We board the Symphony in 3 weeks in Rome and I can't access our reservation in the app.  Website works fine but everytime I try to get in on the app I get a message that they can't "link this cruise right now".  Anyone have similar issues?  Thank you!

Have you tried rebooting your device?

If that doesn't work, log out and log back in.

If that doesn't work, clear the app data and log back in.

I thought the app didn't work well for that cruise since it has two embarkation points.

Try to delete the app from your phone, deleting accompanying data, then reinstall the app.

Deleted the app and reinstalled, works perfectly.  Thank you all!

I had that happen a couple days ago. Turned out there was an update available and that fixed it for me.

Unfortunately the app doesn't work well for interport passengers boarding in Italy.  

 

Royal IT hasn't understood this is a thing quite yet.
