Take a look around the board. There are a gazillion threads on hotels. Most offer port shuttles for a fee. There is also the website visitlauderdale.com, that lists all hotels in Ft Lauderdale with their amenities, like shuttles.

Tons of info here if you look around a bit.

Depending upon how many people you have in your group, a taxi, uber or lyft may be cheaper than a shuttle because shuttles charge per person and the others charge by vehicle.  Do the math.

We used the Hyatt Place shuttle last cruise.  I forget the exact price but was about $12 pp as I recall.  Liked it over a taxi or Uber (if solo or even two people) as it was less hassle IMO and goes right to your ship.

Last week we paid $9 plus $3 tip for an Uber XL for 4 people and luggage directly from the Embassy Suites  (next to Hyatt Place Convention Center) to terminal 2.

Taxis, Ubers and Lyfts can be called when you want to leave and will take you directly to your ship.  Shuttles usually run on a schedule and may stop at multiple or even all cruise ships in port.
