I canceled a dinner reservation for a future cruise using on board credit.  It was canceled but money was not refunded.  Who do I contact?  Looked on Celebrity website and can't figure it out...can anyone help?

Log off and log in again, check your order history

My sailing is in November.  I canceled 2 dinner reservations and only a partial refund was given for 1 of the reservations and the other reservation wasn't credited at all.  It's been 2 days and OBC does not reflect correct money.  Any idea of who to call or contact?

Welcome to CC. Did you book directly with Celebrity or a TA?

I had a problem with a OBC charge a few weeks ago.  Called the reservation number, minimal hold and got to a agent who researched the problem and got it resolved.

We book with a TA but deal direct with Celebrity on issues with Cruise Planner purchases.

Call your TA to see if they'll help or call Celebrity at 1-888-751-7804.

Call celebrity, I had the same issue, resolved in 10 minutes
