Timing of flight to come home

I am cruising from Tampa in January. The ship docks at 7:00 am. Is a 12:15 flight too early to schedule? I have an option that departs a little later, but the layover window is tight.

I hope so.  We are  cruising in January also and our flight is at 11:30.

TPA is about a 20+ minute cab ride from the port - used to be about $25+ in a cab.  12:15 should be easy to make.

Tampa has a problem with fog, especially in January and February, so be sure to also have a Plan B….🥹

There's a shared shuttle from port to TPA. They are right out side the terminal door and load up quickly. $10.00pp. We did this after our Panama Canal cruise and were at the airport long before our noon flight left.
