Cruise documents

What happened to all the cruise documents? Now it only prints luggage tags, boarding pass & what you need to know. The booking summary is gone 🤔 or am I doing something wrong? I just finished my online check-in a few minutes ago

If you are looking for the booking summary, the initial reservation email has similar information to some of what use to be part of that print.  But yes, no more from the cruise documents in your “manager” section (as was already stated)

Well that sux for me. That page was part of my scrapbook. I haven't cruised with carnival since the new year so I had no idea 😞 thank you everyone

You need to email and complain. I have emailed several times so far. There is zero reason to not give us the cruise summary. It is a computer generated pdf file that costs Carnival nothing and has been around for a very long time. It had a wealth of info that was easy to save and or print.

I was just going to start a thread and found this.

 

I liked that it showed any OBC.  That way, if it didn't match what I was expecting, I could get it straightened out prior to boarding.  Can't see me standing at Customer Service arguing that I should have $$$ but they're only showing $$.

 

I do print my CCL s/h email and take that with me as well as the emails for any pre-sailing purchases, but why not just include a summary page showing all of this?  I didn't need all the extra wording but would really like to still have that summary page.

the booking and order details page has a summary of all of the pre sailing purchases and when you click on view invoice details it shows the onboard credit
