Can anyone tell me if the Porch is still open? It shows up up on the app but you can’t make a reservation.

From our experience on Silhouette in August 2022, it was never busy, so it was show up and get served.

Certainly not popular with many passengers, it was frequented more by Senior Staff.

I'm recently off the Silhouette and could not book the Porch in advance, but I was able to make reservations through the app once on board. Availability was not an issue.

Yes it is. While it is usually not busy they do limit walk in's because they allocate staff elsewhere depending on the number of reservations. You should once onboard make a reservation if you would like to dine there. If you just show up they may be able to accommodate you but just call in advance, even a few hours ahead of time, to be assured of a spot.
