When does checkin open.

I have a cruise for the beginning of December and the app keeps telling me to check back closer to my sail date.  This doesn't appear correct.

45 days before, midnight ship time. If you leave from miami, miami midnight, Galveston then its texas time.

This is from the website under my list of bookings.  It has the open date for check-in under "check in not available".

Try logging out of the app and then back in again first.  That clears up a lot of problems sometimes.

There were issues with the app last week with people not being able to check in and then it cleared.  I would just give it time.  You aren't 45 days prior to your cruise anyway if you are sailing in December, so you have time.

Try clearing the app cache. I volunteer for Google, if you have an Android phone you can hold down the app icon, select "About", then "Storage And Cache", followed by "Clear Cache".

If things aren’t going well, check in might be on day 44,43,42…
