Statendam Shore Excursion Desk

Does Statendam have a Shore Excursion Desk?  I don’t see one in deck plan.  Where is it?

All HAL ships have one.  In the case of Nieuw Statendam (Statendam was sold off years ago) it's up in the Crows Nest/EXC area.  Prettu sure it's on the starboard side.

Hey @garagesalegran when you go to Shore Exc Desk, would you ask them if they show Nieuw Statendam in Olympia Nov 3 or in Solit Croatia on Nov 4? Conflicting schedules are posted and we're looking to find an answer this week from the ship.

Yes, Explorations, deck 12.  I sometimes found the desk unstaffed, but they did post a schedule of operational times.

The published itinerary by HAL from POLAR (travel agents res system) shows at sea on 11/3 and Split on 11/4. This should be the “official” itinerary barring a last minute port swap from mechanical or weather related issues.

Thanks for posting this. Interesting, we received a check-in change notice today from HAL and the itinerary still showed Olympia on 3rd, At Sea on 4th.

Very interested in what @garagesalegran learns from Shore Ex.
