Why would Royal re send a guest invoice a second time?

The only things that have changed are the invoice number and invoice date. A deposit has not been taken a second time.. The UK ATOL certificate was also sent this time. That was not sent last time.

We just received a second receipt for our upcoming Dec cruise. The only difference was the new one shows the OBC from our RCL Visa card requested a few days ago.  We seem to get new receipts whenever any thing is changed/updated.

Our dining time changed from 530 to 5pm on our last sailing ( they changed it overall, not just for our sailing)  so they sent a new invoice with that change. Nothing was mentioned in the email or anything, I had to read the whole thing like 3 times before I noticed THAT was the change.
