missing latitude points

Anyone sail recently that has not received latitude points? Its been a week since ive been back from my cruise and i never received the latitude points. i did a submit a request on the latitude page for missing points. other people in my roll call also has the same problem with not getting points

Those can take up to 30 days to post. A week isn’t a reasonable expectation

ncl website says points post within 48 hours and i have gotten my points within that timeframe

We didn’t get ours for a very long time after sailing on Bliss in October. I submitted a missing points form and they posted them the next day. If it’s been over a week I would do the form.

Normally posts on the day after your cruise ends. If it doesn't.... report it.

Just to add I saw on the FB group for our cruise that multiple people had the same issue and had to request their points manually. Makes me wonder if they are having problems with the system.

Yea, I would definitely contact NCL. I've always received my points very quickly.

Lucky you. DW and me did a seven nights Alaska cruise back in 2019 and noticed early 2020 that our points were missing. We wrote to NCL about it but because of the Covid shutdown, we never received an answer. Last year, we were ready to cruise again and wrote again for the missing points before booking a cruise. We were told that since 2019, you can only go back one year and that we lost them. Our advice is to send them messages on a regular basis until the issue is resolved.  As for cruising again with NCL, it would have to be a really good deal on a perfect itinerary.  Keep emailing them.
