Denali Tundra Wilderness tour as part of Princess cruise tour -- lunch order

I thought about putting this question on the Alaska board but it's really specific to our upcoming Princess cruisetour so I'm posting it here.  We have the Denali Tundra Wilderness tour booked for our May cruisetour, and I've read reports that a boxed lunch can be ordered in advance.  I've also seen on the park concessionaire's website there's a form you can fill out to order the lunch in advance.

My question is this -- do they have a way to pre-order the lunch from the Princess lodge, or do you have to do it yourself through the concessionaire? The concessionaire's website has a form to fill out but says you should drop it off the night before.   We aren't planning on being in the park the day prior so I wasn't sure if the Princess lodge would have ways to order for people staying at the lodge.

I know they provide a simple snack box on the tour as well, and yes I know that the Natural History Tour is the default tour and we've already upgraded to the Tundra Wilderness Tour.  And yes I know the road isn't open the whole way yet.  Just wanted to get some feedback from anyone here who has ordered the boxed lunch in advance.

Thanks

My memory on this is a bit hazy so I waited to see if anyone else would answer. They haven't so here's my recollection.

We did the shortened Tundra Wilderness Tour as part of an escorted connoisseur tour. At that time we gave our escort our lunch info. This was important to us as DW has celiac and required a gluten-free lunch. IIRC the guest services desk at the lodge could also handle the lunch orders. You did not have to contact the tour operator directly and it was preferred that you didn't so the operator would not have to handle a bunch of individual calls.

If you want to order a sandwich from the lodge they recommend that you fill out the form the day prior to your tour.  They open up early in the morning of your tour for pick up.  It's on the lowest level, can't remember the name of the deli but you can't miss it.  And there's always Subway and in a pinch there's always the snack box they give you by default.
