camper49 Posted January 15 #1 Share Posted January 15 Has anyone had a cabin on Rivera…aft..next to Terrace pool?
JF - retired RRT Posted January 15 #2 Share Posted January 15 There aren't really any cabins "next" to the Terrace pool. If you're on Riviera and want to go to the Terrace pool, you would take the stairs up to the pool. This is if my memory is working properly. I'm more familiar with ships with no Riviera deck. The Aloha deck aft is our favorite inside cabin. Stairs up to the Terrace pool. Another set of stairs up to the buffet.

In looking at the deck plan of Riviera, it appears that the Terrace pool is there..aft..🤷♀️

You will see the outside stairs that run down from the pool along each side to a door that leads to the riviera deck hallway. It also shows the stairs up to the lido buffet. Caution - those steps can get wet, the door is heavy, and there is a 'lip' of about 4 inches or so to step over at the door (keeps the water from the pool out of the hallway). It is also easy to access the pool/bar area by taking the aft stairs or elevator. We really enjoyed that location, but now opt for balconies. skynight Posted January 15 #9 Share Posted January 15 The 4 Riviera Deck cabins, R748/50/49/51 are ocean view cabins. They are accessed from the Riviera deck and are not connected to the pool or pool deck area. The Terrace Pool is positioned halfway between decks 14 & 15. The photos above show this perfectly. You can see the cabin windows in the photo referenced below. https://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?p=emerald+princess+photos&fr=mcafee&type=E210US105G0&imgurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cruisemapper.com%2Fimages%2Fships%2F673-3e4fd9dc261d.jpg#id=0&iurl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cruisemapper.com%2Fimages%2Fships%2F673-3e4fd9dc261d.jpg&action=click
