Where collect Freestyle Cup?

Hi.

 

I’ve purchased the soda package before the cruise (Mariner) - where would I collect the cup for the Freestyle machines?

It varies from ship to ship. I was on Ovation in February & November and picked it up from Boleros & The Pub respectively, I then went on Quantum in December, and when I attempted to pick it up from The Pub was told I had to get it from one of the tables set up in the Royal Esplenade.

That does no good until you can get into your cabin though. IMHO that would only make sense if they went with their sister Celebrity's policy of being allowed to drop off your carry-ons (and pick up your key cards) as soon as you board.

They have not done that since cruising resumed after COVID.

I believe that you have said that your last RC cruise was quite a while ago.  This has changed.

Lately they have also had tables up near the pool.  We usually get them at a bar.
