Navigator App / B2B Question

We have a B2B (separate booking #’s) in March.  When I check the Navigator app, it only shows the first cruise for “plan”, “experiences”, etc.  Do I have to wait until on the first cruise before seeing the second?  (They do both appear under “account” as upcoming cruises.)

Thank you --

You'll probably need to plan cruise 2 on the website. We had 2 bookings. I could only work the first one on the app.

For the second, I could select it on the HAL site under manage my cruise, and work on it from there. Our cruises were 4 months apart, but I'd bet the same applies to your B2B.

Thank you!  Kind of what I figured...no problem managing the second from the website.  Was just hoping I would be able to see certain things ahead of time (like dressy night, Orange Party, etc) oh, well, guess I will go back to the good old days when we found it all out once we got onboard 😃

Yes - we have 4 cruises B2B under 2 booking numbers - I have to use the website for anything related to the second booking number

I hear you. We are on the Rotterdam for a 9 day Southern on late March. It's the itinerary that the ship is doing right now. We're following the menus in the app each day. Kinda sad, but helpful.

👍 Doing the same thing following @ottahand7 52 days on the Eurodam (our ship).

Agree with what others have said that only the first booking show on the app.

Will add one other bit of advice, pre book any excursions you absolutely want for the second leg prior to boarding. From past experiences you will not be able to book excursions for the second leg on board till that leg starts.

In our experience, the second cruise of a side by side cruise has shown up on the  Navigator app about 24 hours after disembarkation from the first. As was suggested above, you will have to access the second booking on the website if you need to. When it came to needing the boarding pass of cruise #2, we just showed the booking # it to the first embarkation monitor  and they will print you out a boarding pass. This process was for boarding a different HAL ship.

If you are on the SAME  ship for cruise #2, and using a TA, have your TA link the 2 bookings together and both bookings will flow without interruption on the Nav App.

That’s a good tip and explains why I had no issue on my B2B2B.  The cruises were. Inked and Navigator flowed just fine for me.

We booked through the casino department and the reservationist said she was linking the 2 bookings.
