ANY VERY RECENT CRUISERS TO COSTAMAYA? HOW IS The Smelly Seaweed Situation?

I LOVE renting a golf cart and zipping up to Mahahual beach for ceviche and beer. Any recent visitors have info on the seaweed? Sometimes it is overwhelming!!

Thank you. About ready to reserve either two of their golf carts or just one for the six of us (4 adults & 2 teens). Any suggestions on this? They also have “new” ones? I don’t mind paying for the new ones….Are they easy to find? Thanks so much
