Park Plaza County Hall

Has anyone stayed here?  I see that they have coffee/tea in the rooms.  We have a standard room, nothing fancy.  If I bring a few envelopes of instant oatmeal will I be able to heat up water for it?  Will I need to bring a bowl and silverware spoon?

Well, you'd have to give them some money for it.  I'd probably opt for that option rather than hauling around my own victuals and dining set.

You could always just walk into Waterloo station and take your pick from any number of breakfast options there, like thousands of commuters do every day.

You could pop into the M&S Foodhall on York Road to pick up pastries, fruit and juice like we do when we stay at Premier Inn County Hall.

There’ll definitely be a kettle, it’s the UK after all. And I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a teaspoon or two. Get one of the instant porridge pots from Tesco and you won’t need a bowl!

Porridge pots from M@S too.  Just add boiling water.   £1 each. No need for bowl and use the spoon that comes with the in room tea/kettle tray.  A lot cheaper and healthier than the overpriced buffet breakfast in the hotel
