Where is the Enchanted Princess Dine Line location.   We would like to ask them a question in person.

Thanks for your help.

????

They're behind the scenes. You can't go ask them in person, ie face to face, as you're not allowed in crew areas.  You can obviously call and ask them "in person".

You can speak to the maitre'd, in the various dining rooms and buffet, or F&B manager (ask at Guest Services).

On the Crown. The dine line is in the front of the Botticelli dining room.   Was wondering if it was the same.

Are you asking about where to speak to maitre'd about dining requests?

That's a different animal from the DINE line, ie extension on the phone,labeled DINE

Usually, outside either Capri or Amalfi dining room. It'll be listed in the Patter

It is a button on your stateroom phone

Yes, we know about the button on the phone.   However, as mentioned above, on most ships the phone gets answered at one of the dining room.

Was hoping that someone on the Enchanted actually sees this.

@tanzer22pilot

maybe you could ask on this forum what kind of question that you have for the dining room.

Perhaps somebody knows the answer ?

Sometimes you will find in your patter/event listing upon embarkation to go to a particular dining room if you have dining issues. Or just show up at the dining room between noon and 130 that is open on embarkation day for lunch and you can speak to someone. And if none of those work, go to guest services and ask where you can speak to somebody in person.

The closest answer I have for you is to search out the Assistant Maitre d'.  She/He is normally in the buffet.  They are in charge of the buffet, room service, lido deck, and probably an assortment of other venues.  If they don't have an answer, you could probably search out the Maitre d' or the Food and Beverage Officer (all of the previously mentioned...boss).

@tanzer22pilot this is a photo from the Grand Princess,I know not the ship that you’re going on, but this was in the patter/event listing on embarkation day. So when you get to your cabin, I would just look at patter or go to guest services and look at theirs. Should tell you where to go for dining room inquiries.IMG_9932.thumb.jpeg.86c7ed9f18fe1d5bd86613a75133dbe0.jpeg
