coops Posted May 23 #1 Share Posted May 23 Any hotels near Seatac airport that are within walking distance to any stores to buy beer or wine. Thanks
CruiserBruce Posted May 24 #2 Share Posted May 24 A quick look at Google Maps shows a 7-11 on 176st St, almost surrounded by hotels, just a couple blocks from the airport.
Meander Ingwa Posted May 24 #3 Share Posted May 24 SeaTac wine and liquor is just north of S 188 adjacent to La Quinta and across the street from DoubleTree and Hilton Garden Inn
Rare 1025cruise Posted May 24 #4 Share Posted May 24 It's been awhile since I've been in Seatac, but if I remember correctly, there really isn't much by the airport hotels.
minniegidget Posted May 31 #5 Share Posted May 31 Anyone stayed at the Doubletree south center? Cant find much about it. Reviews not great. I figured its only one night. Rooms looked pretty big.
jeromep Posted May 31 #6 Share Posted May 31 To be honest, you'll be better off taking an Uber/Lyft to whichever beverage seller you wish and then going back to the hotel of your choice the same way. That said, I would recommend a pre/post cruise stay at the Ceaderbrook Lodge. It's a bit more expensive than chain/franchise hotels that line International Blvd. just outside of the airport, but is very close to the airport and provides for a better stay. Nicer and cleaner rooms, attentive staff, a good, if not expensive, on-site restaurant, a very good hotel spa. You are near the airport, just up the hill from the SeaTac Double Tree, but in this lovely wooded area that you'll barely realize is near the airport. The property has some great walking paths, it is almost park-like.
Suzanne123 Posted May 31 #7 Share Posted May 31 We’re staying there in a few weeks. If you sign up for their Copperleaf loyalty program, you get a $20 coupon to use in their restaurant ( within 45 days ). I stayed there years ago and it was really nice. The price is no worse than downtown. Total including tax $325.

Not sure I would call that a bad collection of reviews. That said it is another Doubletree hotel. Attended meetings there, but not stay. Probably a better deal than the airport one. be sure to verify how to get the shuttle. Doubletrees I have stayed at the shuttle runs a scheduled loop most of the day. jbooth2099 Posted July 29 #13 Share Posted July 29 We stayed at Crowne Plaza in September 2024 and had ours delivered to the hotel. We used Total Wine, but Safeway delivers too. Had trouble with Safeway's website. It didn't want to take my credit card. Probably because it was from out of state. The delivery charge was nominal, and I think they even waived it since we bought so much. There were 4 of us. Just had to tip the driver. Were able to get wine, sodas and water. Ordered about 3-4 weeks in advance online and it all arrived on time to the hotel.

Booked a night at Doubletree South Center next week. Travel Agent suggested it since I think Princess had mentioned it as we are doing EZAir. Did you end up staying there? But I had someone I know just stay there last week and she said the room was nice, the food at the restaurant was good and was at a good price. Was an hour wait, but we walked around the mall and shopped until I got the text for check in. Great food. Brought leftovers back to the hotel for breakfast. Doubletree SouthCenter is nice. Room is good. Like how there’s a seperste sitting area and the bedroom.
