Surcharge at Dive In?

Does anyone know if the Dive In on Eurodam has a $4.95 surcharge? I think I read with the recent refurbishing (Jan. 24) HAL was implementing this.

No.  That charge is if you order Dive In through room service

I have been known to pay the room service charge for a hamburger when I want to sit and eat on the balcony.  Dive-In burgers are the best.

Respectfully, this is not new and only applies to room service orders; still no charge at the venue.
