Me:

1. First aid kit (ok, it's more like a mini pharmacy)

2. Laundry kit (wrinkle release, static guard, lint remover, woolite packets, travel clothes lines)

3. Over-the-door shoe holder (2 actually)

4. My "Bathroom Bag" (Shampoo, hair stuff, face creams, etc)

5. Night light

Him:

1. Cameras/chargers/batteries/sticks

2. Laptop with CDs to download cameras onto

3. Power Strip

4. Sound Machine

5. Box of wine

25' extension cord (for the many times mentioned DH's CPAP since many rooms don't have an outlet by the bed) Although the purser's desk will give you one for a $25 deposit, it is a pain to return

OTC for every imaginable ailment

walkie talkies

Red Bull

empty collapsable carry-on sized bag

I saw someone mention their favorite fragrance -- that is what keeps me out of the elevators and from attending formal nights -- immediate 12-hour headache from the purfume... sigh

1..Binoculars to look for floaters:D

2. bonine

3. 4 boxes of boxed wine (4 people going)

4. downy wrinkle release ( a gift from God)

5. glasses for boxed wine

If you are taking binoculars, please watch for the lady who says she always has her husband take a photo with her sitting on the railing of their balcony.

1. cell phone charger (we use phone as alarm clock even if no signal!)

2. photcopies of all important docs in my checked luggage (in case of theft/loss from carryon-much easier to have replaced)-also leave a set home{including copies of your credit cards!!}

3. a REAL hair dryer (you know the ones onboard are wimpy!)

4. duct tape (STILL not reimbursed for damaged/ruined luggage on RCI 11/07)

5. booze (wrapped with bubble wrap inside a large zip loc bag inside a bigger zip loc bag and then a thin beach towel;towel great for balcony lounges)

BONUS- extra batteries for camera/walkie talkies/Ipod/gameboy/etc. Shipboard and resort port prices for batteries will make your hair fall out- hmmm- come to think of it- if my hair fell out-that would eliminate the need to pack a hairdryer, hence leaving more room for booze. Maybe I should leave the batteries at home!

clothespins for hanging wet swimsuit in shower, never take less than 3

Over the door shoe holder for just everything

Dr Scholl's blister pads, (a must, you really do walk alot) in first aid kit

safety pins in case your favorite bra collapses ( don't ask)

worldwide phone cards for crew gifts

Just a few of the extra's I take along with the 2 million other things jammed in my suitcase

Love the Worldwide phone card as gift idea. I'll have to get a few.

Definitely I would take clothespins if cruising with Celebrity, which does not have laundromats. They do provide a clothesline across the shower stall, which was handy. I am sure that our room stewart got tired of seeing my underwear hanging to dry :)

I'm going to say .....

1. Camera

2. Batteries for Camera (Trust me, I ALWAYS forget!)

3. Hair Stuff (I have a preferred brand, and some how have to resort to some foreign malarky).

4. Mobile Phone

5. Handheld Game Console of some sort.
