Can I walk to rum cakes?

Can you buy rum cakes within walking distance to the pier? I'd like to pick up a few?

Please tell me there are samples!! :D

A lot of stores will have them available. They were even in the gift shop on our Carnival ship and in the Miami airport!

They get delivered daily. The liquor store in Royal Watler tender pier has them. The actual factory is on the other side of the roundabout on Tibbets Highway. You could walk there but it's take a few twists and turns. The shop at NW Point where lots of tours stop is a bit far.

There are ample places to buy rum cakes within very easy walking distance. :)

my local liquor store has Tortuga Rum Cakes .... same ones you get in Cayman.

If sailing from Canaveral, just visit an ABC (chain, not a 'state store')

Are they less expensive than buying on the ship?

Best place to get them: Your local grocery store. I've seen them at Lowes' Foods and Harris Teeter. Same small yellow box. Same rum cake.

about the same price-- check the dates on the bottom. cakes are good for about 6 months
