CruiseNut24 Posted July 24, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 24, 2009 Any one know how one can obtain a Princess Coupon book? I have seen on other threads there is a coffee coupon = buy one coffee card get one free. I am a big coffee drinker and could use one of these coupons. I know some time your TA will have one for you in your state room, but I booked at very good price and do not think the TA is throwing in anything for free. Rare TracieABD Posted July 24, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 24, 2009 You can always ask CC members. I just mailed one out today. Sadly, I am now without... Good luck.:)

synet165 Posted July 24, 2009 #4 Share Posted July 24, 2009 There are two types of coupon books. The usual useless ones that Princess gives out to everyone, it has nothing to do with your TA. A few months ago there seemed to be another promotional coupon book given out by select Travel Agents. This book has good coupons, 2 for one coffee cards etc. But not everyone gets one. Sorry, synet165:)
CruiseNut24 Posted July 24, 2009 Author #5 Share Posted July 24, 2009 The one with the two for one coffee card is the one I am looking for... As you said -- the other one is pretty useless.... Thanks

Toto2Kansas Posted July 24, 2009 #7 Share Posted July 24, 2009 I noticed on my TA's website that she is offering the new coupon books for bookings made from July 1-July 31st. And it has a list of all the coupons included. Definitely a TA perk!

CruiseNut24 Posted July 24, 2009 Author #13 Share Posted July 24, 2009 Yep First thing I did was hit EABY and Graigslist to see if there is anything out there with no luck. Anyway - I will keep checking and see if I can locate. I will also check with my TA to see if he has anyhing to say////
TomCruises Posted July 24, 2009 #14 Share Posted July 24, 2009 Agreed, the one provided by Princess is WORTHLESS! However, if your T/A has a coupon book waiting for each of you in your stateroom, your in good shape!
Travelfor4 Posted July 25, 2009 #15 Share Posted July 25, 2009 I would love to get my hands on one of these coupon books but we didn't book through TA but through Princess. Will Princess send them out to you?
Artdiniumlovescruising Posted July 25, 2009 #16 Share Posted July 25, 2009 Do we have to pay for coffee? i thought it was free? Thank you, Diana
synet165 Posted July 25, 2009 #17 Share Posted July 25, 2009 Coffee is free in the dining rooms, if you want to drink it . It is not for coffee lovers, it's made from a concentrated coffee syrup. What we are writing about is a coupon that is available in certain coupon books. You purchase a coffee card for about $28, which enables you to get specialty coffess , the card has 15 punches but you can get freshly brewed coffee at the coffee bars without having it punched. There is no expiration date on the card and as long as it has one punch left it can be used on any Princess Ship. This special coupon allows the passenger to buy one coffee card and get one free. You can always buy a coffee card without the coupon but you only get one. The special coupon books were given out by TA's a few months ago and are not the useless ones that Princess gives out. Hope this answers your question. synet165:)

csaeroach Posted July 25, 2009 #21 Share Posted July 25, 2009 These are only available to passengers who book during a travel agencies one week sale that Princess offers. Travel agencies are allowed to book these special sale's twice per quarter, for one week at a time. If your lucky enough to book the week the sale is on, your coupon book(s) will be waiting for you in your stateroom. Coupon values are more then $325 per coupon book and two per stateroom. If you did not book during the week's sale, Princess does not offer these coupon books. If you book a cruise and pay the $100 deposit only per person, that is the sale that includes the coupon books! Actually, the TA I use is running this sale for the lowered deposit and the coupon book for the entire month of July. So, maybe some get a little more flexibility in the length of time they can run it????
