Princess Insurance

Just heard from my TA that princess travel insurance will soon no longer cover EZAir flights. They are also considering not covering hotels booked along with a cruise throught Princess. Guess that means third party insurers will get all the business. Who are the better travel insurance companies if allowed to be posted?

Anything in writing that Princess may have put out to attest to that?

That would be bad if thats true.

If you already have an insurance policy with Princess, they must adhere to ALL provisions. I have not heard any such tale. You have as I'm sure you know 2 options that allow your choice, InsureMyTrip & Squaremouth! Good luck!

I suspect you have been fed a line in order to sell aftermarket insurance

Carry on until you have it in writing otherwise.

We are traveling in a group to Alaska in June and we were told the same thing by the travel agency handling our trip. So for around $80 less than the coverage offered to me by Princess, I have coverage for my entire 13 day trip, and it actually has a bit higher coverage, which I will hopefully not need!

Nothing in writing but my agent has been very reliable on information and she is a princess certified agent.
