Rotterdam H3392 - Good/bad

You might have noise from the galley above, and slamming of the door out to the promenade. We've never been on the Rotterdam, but had a cabin below the galley on the sister ship Amsterdam. They rolled cannon balls around above us all night! Never again! :(

We had this exact location (a guarantee)on the Ryndam on our first HAL cruise. I would strongly urge you to choose another location! Door slamming, elevator bell dinging, people congregating, and unbelievable early morning noise from the galley directly above.

We often choose a stateroom under the MDR and have been happy.

It loos like 3392 is under section of the seating area in the Pinnacle Grill, so it should not have much noise problems from above.

Thanks everyone.. Any suggestion for a replacement cabin in the same H category?
The ones under the MDR should be okay: 3404, 3411, 3422, 3426, 3427, 3435. Carpeting muffles footsteps when they are serving dinner, and after 10:30 or so there isn't much activity there. The stairs you see on the deck plan outside the latter four are emergency escapes from the MDR, and not a source of noise. But they do block the view.

I would choose 3404 or 3411 if either is available.

Anyone has any thoughts about that cabin. I hear good and bad

We are booked in that cabin on the Rotterdam from Feb 12 - Mar 16 so can tell you more when we return. We had a cabin in the same location but on the Starboard side several years ago and it was fine.
