mafig Posted June 28, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 28, 2017 Ordered brochures for Caribbean, thinking that I would get the deck plans for Koningsdam included. Just itineraries and pretty pictures. I know they are available on line, but I do like a hard copy so I can see the decks side by side, and line up the elevators and staircases. Krazy Kruizers Posted June 28, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 28, 2017 You need to get the Atlas -- it has all itineraries and all ship decks.
USN59-79 Posted June 28, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 28, 2017 You need to get the Atlas -- it has all itineraries and all ship decks. That is true, but how do you get one? I have the 2014/2015 Cruise Atlas and keep it because it has all those deck plans. We are 5-star Mariners and get mailings from HAL, but have not received a new Atlas. Think I picked up the one we have on the 2014 WC.
Nic6318 Posted June 28, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 28, 2017 You could always just print the plans from an online image hope this helps
Rare Essiesmom Posted June 28, 2017 #5 Share Posted June 28, 2017 Go to http://www.cruisedeckplans.com and use their 'Drag these decks' feature. You can also assemble your own pdf and print it out, five decks at a time. EM
Sequim88 Posted June 28, 2017 #6 Share Posted June 28, 2017 Not sure if I was supposed to but at end of recent cruise there was a thick brochure of all the cruises and it had deck plans in the back so I threw it in the suitcase. I figure if it was not "hardcover" if was available to take and besides, it was about half obsolete for 2017/2018 seasons. I suspect it may have also been available from the future cruise consultants onboard.
take us away Posted June 28, 2017 #7 Share Posted June 28, 2017 Contact HAL customer service and ask to have one sent to you.
KAKcruiser Posted June 29, 2017 #8 Share Posted June 29, 2017 Lots of luck. I've tried to get the cruise atlas from customer service and the mariner society. I was told that they no longer mail them.

The ones (cruise atlas) in your cabin are yours for the taking and yes, the future cruise consultant has them inside his/her desk (unless they ran out and are waiting for an updated version) and/or in a nearby open display cabinet
