Hairdryers

Are hairdryers supplied on the Infinity or do we need to bring our own? Trying not to bring the kitchen sink, LOL. Thank you!

They are provided. In order to get airflow the button on the dryer needs to be held in, so if you have long or thick hair you may want to bring your own or at least bring a thick rubber band to keep the button depressed. The dryer is at the desk area and not in the bathroom.

If I were driving I would bring my own. If I was flying I would use the one in the cabin, but it takes a long time to dry my hair with it.

The Infinity dryers I've used require you to continually hold a button to make them work.

Yes, don't leave home without the duct tape. I do the same thing.

Wash your hair, sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and let it dry naturally....just done that on the Eclipse today...my hair might not be the most glamorous on board but after the wine, who cares!

Bring the dryer you KNOW works for your hair...the provided ones are not good at all... A pain to use and they don't blow worth a damn.

Do you need a plug adapter or is there a North American type receptical that you can plug into for the dryer?

My wife didn't take a hair dryer last year but she did take a curling iron. As she was using it the fire alarm went off - turned out the sensor was directly above the only mirror she could use. Boy was security ever mad at us.

They have both US and European receptacles on the desk.

What exactly is considered a European plug. When we have traveled in France we take an adapter that has two round prongs would that work and give us an extra outlet?

Bring the dryer you KNOW works for your hair...the provided ones are not good at all... A pain to use and they don't blow worth a damn.

Yes. My husband likes to hog the outlets so I started bringing my adapter.
