  1. Wouldn't hold my breathe. More Royal Ship's based out of US Ports doing Shorter Cruises, less 7-11nite Cruises then in past with Majority of passengers leaving out of Florida stopping at Coco Cay. Shoot still cant believe Royal has 4 of her Ships out of Tampa and 3 at same time each week. With overseas issues, Companies penny pinching and Royal ships carrying an average 120% Capacity they'll be in no hurry change anything. Lot of Cruises 2-3 times higher cost then in past, but I'm still finding a few pretty good deals but got to watch for price drops, Last ones I Booked are still year out
  2. Had 5, 515 and 530 in last 5months, some were different then originally said pre Cruise
  3. Irony is 25 years ago when Specialty Restarants were first added to Royal Ships, pay $20 to go to Chops, $5 for rm service, that was the Gratuity. Not sure when it Changed.
  4. Same here, in multiple States seen this myself
  5. Yeah but when my Cruise is $2269 with $450 down I'm not going pay another $1369 just to have Refundable
  6. Agree, most ones I check Refundable is almost same as Deposit up to 2-3times more. Last one I Booked $450 Deposit, Refundable $1368 more.
  7. Agree, been on Radiance Class about 50 Cruises. a 10inch if even this does fit is the limit
  8. Nah, they do everything big in Texas 😁
  9. Times do Change, Ships I'm on last two yrs in Sept its at 5pm, in Oct-Nov start time is 530. Then been on multiple Cruises where after boarding time is different then what was listed. Happens
  10. This is one thing I miss, have a quick question or Change call Royal at reg numbers or one of the #9(or similar) and it'd happen with no issues. A C&A issue, send email and they'd fix within week. For 5+ years had same Personal Vacation Planner. I'd have Reservation all set, a reduction in price or great location Cabin would pop up and I'd put hold on it. Send email out to my PVP and he'd changed/fix it for me that day. Though some don't have same experience the 3 times I had multiple issues unresolved had great luck with emailing CEO. 2 of the 3 I did it on Sat nite/Sun Morn and before noon Mon all were Fixed and even above and beyond what I asked for. And these were 3-4 separate issue, with different Dept's
  11. Yeah I'm one those, TV on with low music playing overnite in my Cabin
  12. Which Ship and Cruise? 3 Ships I been on last yr was about 28 channels also showing few showing Movies, Sitcoms, Drama series with Star Trek type or Blue Bloods, Music Channels, Animal Planet type shows, Travel, and yes the 6 RCCL Channels, couple Sports the same 3 News channels they've had for yrs. PreCV they'd show the Movies that are shown in Theaters and on Pool Deck in the Cabin all day and nite, do miss that. Dont think going Change from this. Most use Internet and Kids their Tablets. At least the Signal is 100% better now, got off 26nite B3B and think only had Internet slow/stop my streaming 2-3 times and was only for couple min. I remember when there was no TV in the Cabin and no Internet. Had our Daughter 9 months later
  13. Change my bed every 3rd day, like clean fresh sheets. Once I wasnt 100% sure on a 16n & 13n B2B that they were changed enough times during my Cruise, no midcruise service done on either, I now do tiny mark on corner of bottom sheet just make sure. Since then did catch one Attendant not giving me a single linen change on a 13n Repo. Happened on a Cruise that my Balcony door leaked wetting my carpet, ended up with REALLY good $$$$ FCC for that one, paid for my next 2 Cruises. Back in 80s-90s Royal changed them every day.
  14. Last 3 Royal Ships I was on they had us use the regular paper laundry bag. Holds twice as much and doesn't rip like the old wash/fold bags. Hope this is permanent change
