  1. Certainly free in the actual changing rooms on odyssey, sojourn and quest
  2. After my own heart! Anderson’s and the glass house are my venues of choice on Aurora 🙂 for this reason. Also have the carnival obc
  3. That’s helpful thanks. Am I right in thinking the water, juices, coffee do not count towards the drinks maximum. I drink more expensive tonics, wine and spirits (not many) but quite a lot of water etc.
  4. We take much of what youve said; also the magnetic hooks. We also take squeeze sports type Britta filter bottles to get rid of the chlorine taste of water. Keep them in the fridge then dispense into chilly bottles for trips out. Also a trailing block for charging
  5. Agree. Have also done diy. Flew in from Rio. Flew out to BA. Copacabana Palace, Hotel das Cataratas then Alvear Palace. Lovely start to a six week RTW trip.
  6. Like the diary. Not keen on the calendar pictures this year though. Prefer a scenic view or pictures of the ships
  7. At the start did you have normal not ultimate?
  8. Thank you Molecrochip. Do you or anyone else know if it’s possible to check what the star link coverage is in various parts of the world? Thinking in particular of northern Norway coverage for upcoming Aurora cruise/West Africa and Red Sea for later cruises on another line. I had in flight Wi-Fi over the Pole on a flight back from Japan a few weeks ago. Didn’t work for most of the flight. Had been great on the way out, flying over Khazakstan and Mongolia etc
  9. As I said, I know they’re not available. Quite well aware when flights are released. Business class flights cost me a few hundred quid. Why not? Just talking in general for people that have previously selected included flights using flight ease. Was there a choice or no option to choose. I usually diy it on the flights with a BA companion voucher if I can.
  10. So I’ve just booked a Seabourn holiday that includes business class flights (economy were part of the deal and I paid more for business inclusive). They’re not available yet as it’s in 2025. Does anyone know whether when it comes to book, there will be a number of options on Flight ease, one of which will be at no extra cost?
  11. Depends if your weight fluctuates or how many layers you need underneath
  12. Meant to add that as soon as we gut to the Petra approach we left our guide and established the meet up time for lunch, as our pace is about 3x.faster and we wanted to maximise opportunities but the whole day was great
  13. Great thread! I am always wary of Seabourn excursions but in some places there is little choice or an alternative is risky. The Seabourn Petra excursion is great. Does anyone have any feedback for Seabourn or DIY on Safaga for Luxor (number of options)/ Sharm El Sheikh/ Aqaba for Wadi Rum/Izmir (not Ephesus)/Canakkle please?
  14. We used our milestone on the round Africa Sojourn one 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
  15. Have you booked, or do they overlap!!!!??
  16. Yes. I couldn’t believe the bargain that was business class airfare either!
  17. @Mauzac @Mr Luxury @cruising.mark.uk. Also booked! V1 and v2 closed but got a v3 and business air 😁
  18. Thanks Selbourne. When we were last on Aurora, in August, only about five tables for two along the corridor were fit drinking and these were full of people on the long waitlist for dining. It didn’t used to be like that.
  19. Side question please. Never had the drinks package before but will be getting the deluxe package. The Glasshouse has my preferred wines including nyetimber sparkling, which is not available elsewhere. Could I get one from the bar and say take to Andersen’s? The glasshouse is so full of diners nowadays it is less like a bar where you can just enjoy a drink, although we will be dining there a lot. Also, could I get a glass of wine or a coffee from Costa and enjoy it in my cabin? Thanks
  20. Agreed. We’ve been stuck there a few times.
  21. Seabourn same as P&O? Cruise both. Not the same
  22. Hi. Reckon I’ve not done a B2B P&O cruise since about 2005! So a bit rusty and some new things around since then, so please forgive all the questions - on a B2B are the two cruises treated separately on board? Is billing after the first cruise then the second for B2Bs including OBC allocation and spend etc. - which leads me on to OBC. Would shareholders credit be based on the two separate cruises or the overall combined length? It would make a difference to the amount. it would be 12/7 or 19 days - can a drinks package be purchased for one segment only or does it have to be for the full B2B length? - I’m looking to rebook this holiday using a deposit already laid down on an earlier cruise. I’ll speak to the travel agent but whilst I’m at it, I know the new cruise must be more expensive but is the new price solely the base P&O price and do you think it will be after the 10% B2B discount? I’m thinking so but my preferred cabin is £14 cheaper for two people after discount 🤣. I’d end up booking a cabin grade I really don’t fancy for the sake of making it work. I presume any future cruise is ok for the transfer (ie no time restriction). Thank you 👍🏻
  23. Ha. Interesting. Ours was 27 Aug. So my theory is right unfortunately. We thought it was a nice touch and we’re impressed
