For some reason that 26ms ping for the wired connection seems suspect - like too good to be true. But right, compared to the 200ms of O3B and 600ms of old geosync sat connection, anything under 50ms is great. That fairly close London downlink may have something to do with it.

Functionally, none. Both can use two devices at the same time. The two one device packages will have different logins (and likely will be more expensive), the one two devices package will have the same login.

It's usually about $28 for a 24 hour period. You should have local cell access in every port. You can use a one device package on as many devices as you want, just one at a time.

Regardless of how many points they have, until 18, they'll have your status.
